The weekend was pretty good! I appreciated the complementary breakfast that was offered, and it was very convenient being so close to the airport. Additionally, the rooms were very comfortable and cozy.
I was a bit disappointed with the noise level. The walls didn't seem to be very soundproof, and I could hear some of the other guests loudly celebrating. It was also a bit disconcerting to see ants crawling around the room.

The hotel's proximity to Midway airport, along with its multiple transportation options, made it a breeze to get around this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was simply delicious. The hotel facilities exceeded my expectations, and the friendliness of the staff made me feel right at home.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel near Midway airport, with plenty of free breakfast and evening snacks. The hotel's location was perfect, as we were just a few minutes away from the airport. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed - including great beds and pillows - to have a comfortable stay. Besides, we appreciated the friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
Some staff, like the ones at check-in, were not very helpful when it came to guests that didn't have the physical card used for the reservation. Additionally, the pull-out sofa was not very comfortable, and the freezer lacked both ice and trays. We were also disappointed that the fridge wasn't on when we stored our food in it, and the staff didn't tell us about this beforehand, causing us to almost ruin our food.

Excellent staff and pleasant environment. Free breakfast and shuttle service were a great added bonus. The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to many local attractions, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much on transportation.
There were some issues with cleanliness in the room, particularly with stains on bedding and towels. The noise level could also be a bit disruptive at times, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. while the hotel has some great features, improvements could be made in certain areas to enhance the guest experience.
